Golden Eagle
A great knife with clean lines, this Sanchez was custom made as a boning and utility knife for hunting and multiple chores. The long, slender blade is useful and keen, and this one is hollow ground and mirror finished ATS-34 high molybdenum martensitic stainless steel for great toughness and high wear resistance. The personalized and etched blade has a fully tapered tang, with full and dramatic filework, and is bolstered with high nickel, high chromium 304 austenitic stainless steel for zero care. The dovetailed bolsters bed a pair of book-matched Desert Ironwood hardwood handle scales, smoothly polished. The sheath is hand-carved and tooled 9 - 10 oz. leather shoulder, dyed black and brown, hand-stitched, lacquered, and sealed.
