Kineau is an unusual knife, a small recurve with a lot of class. The stainless steel damascus is twisted in pattern, hollow ground, hardened and tempered, and lightly etched to reveal the beautiful pattern. The bolsters are hand-engraved high chromium, high nickel austenitic stainless steel for super toughness and zero care. The engraved flame pattern originated in the stunning banded Jasper and Hematite gemstone, with metallic dark gray lines running through the deep red jasper, hard, tough and brightly polished. The sheath for this knife is made of 9-10 oz. leather shoulder, and inlaid with panels of lizard skin, stitched and sealed.
