As well as photographing all the knives on this site, I've photographed a diverse crowd of people and subjects. In the last several years, I've taken to recording images of the new west: the people visiting and relishing the wild high mountain desert: an international crowd on western safari, Hollywood actors and actresses on easy retreat, warming their hands at  pinon and juniper smoke campfires, tugging the cinches of saddle-leather.
