Blade: (top) 440C High Chromium Martensitic Stainless Tool Steel, Hardened and Tempered to Rockwell C58, hollow ground, mirror polished, hand-engraved. (bottom) O-1 High Carbon Tungsten-Vanadium Tool Steel, Hardened and Tempered to Rockwell C58, hollow ground and mirror polished, hand-engraved and hot blued

Fittings/Bolsters: (top)304 Austenitic Stainless Steel, mirror polished, hand-engraved. (bottom) Carbon steel, mirror polished, hand-engraved, hot blued

Handle: (top) Polished Agate Gemstone (bottom) Nephrite Jade Gemstone

Fittings: Liners: 6AL4V Titanium. Screws: 18-8 Stainless Steel

A great pair of knives for a special client, with powerful contrast in steel and gemstone. The matching blades are hand-engraved with a light bamboo pattern, matching on both knives. All the spines and spacers have matching filework, inside and out.
