This page describes how to purchase a knife that is available on my current knives for sale pages. To find out how to custom order a knife, please click here.

If you're at this page then you've already decided on the fine knife you want. All of my current knives available for sale are either on my Knives for Sale page or my Tactical Knives for Sale page. The knives on these pages are available and ready to ship unless otherwise marked. I've included information on this page to make the transaction simple, easy, and fast.

How This Works

Purchasing a finished knife or a knife from my inventory is straightforward:

  1. Email me to let me know you want the knife so I can hold it. Give me your shipping address for FedEx (no P.O. boxes please), and a contact telephone number (required for FedEx shipments) and I'll calculate the shipping charges and email you back with a total including the knife and shipping.
  2. Decide on your method of payment, send or inform me of the payment details.
  3. When I receive payment, I ship the knife. The knife is tracked to its destination.

I've use this simple method for over thirty years. Though I've tried different shippers, FedEx has been the best at tracking and insuring knives from their origin to their destination while delivering promptly and on time. Please visit my shipping page if you need more details.

Methods of Payment (United States)

Here is a list of the type of payments I accept if you are located in the United States of America:

  • Personal Check: I accept personal checks. If you are a new customer, it may take a business day for the check to clear after I receive it. The knife is shipped the day the check clears.
  • Money Order: Just as with a personal check a money order may take a business day to clear, and then the knife is shipped.
  • Cashier's Check: Cashier's checks usually clear immediately. Please send a cashier's check by UPS, FedEx, or United States Postal Service with signature confirmation for security reasons.
  • Credit Cards: I accept MasterCard or Visa credit cards. It's not my favorite method of payment, because it costs me 5-7% of the knife's price. But if you prefer to pay by this method, I'll be happy to accommodate you. It takes 1-2 business days for the purchase to clear the electronic transfer, and that's when your knife is shipped. The advantage to you is that you don't have to mail a thing, just email me your cc name, number, and expiration date. I am an active, listed credit card merchant with Wells Fargo Merchant Services, and have been since 1988. Note: If you decide to return the knife, you will incur the additional credit card fees for the return.
  • Western Union Money Transfer: This is a good way to directly wire money, and it is absolutely the fastest way to purchase a finished knife. You can set up your payment with a credit card or directly from your bank account and the payment is available instantly for me to pick up. A finished knife can be shipped within the hour! Great for rush orders of completed works. A fee is charged by Western Union. Click here for the Western Union website, locations, instructions and fees. Western Union can also be used to wire money directly into my account, please email me for routing information, address, or any other information you may need.
  • Wire Transfer (Bank): Also called "wires," these are bank to bank wire transfers. This can be a low cost way to transfer money between banks, and is usually less expensive than Western Union or credit card interest rates. I'll add $10.00 to the total due, because that is what my bank charges for an incoming wire. Domestic wires are usually verified in one business day of receiving the wire. Once verified, I ship the knife.
  • Wells Fargo Wire Transfer: If you have a Wells Fargo account, you can directly wire up to $1000.00 per business day into my account, with no fees. Please email me for my account information that you'll need.
  • Cash: Yes, I accept good old United States of America currency. If you wish to pay by cash, you'll need to send it just like a cashier's check, by UPS, FedEx, or United States Postal Service with signature confirmation and insurance for security reasons.

Methods of Payment (International)

I regularly ship knives all over the world, and have yet to have a major problem. Simply put, I ship anywhere that FedEx delivers. FedEx shipping cost will be added to the knife price. Here are the international payment methods I accept and some I do not:

  • International Wire Transfers: These are bank to bank transfers, contact me for routing numbers and other information you will need. You will incur a fee from your bank for this service, which varies from bank to bank. Very important: Make the transfers in US Dollars, current value at the time of the transfer! You'll incur an additional $10.00 fee for this service; that is what my bank charges me for an incoming transfer. The knife is shipped the day the transfer clears my bank.
  • Western Union International Money Transfer: This is the fastest way to pay for the knife. Click here for Western Union's web site and agent locations. See below for my location details. You will incur a fee for this transaction, but it is the fastest way to pay for your knife. Be sure to specify the money transfers in US Dollars. Western Union can also be used to wire money directly into my account, please email me for routing information. The knife is shipped the day the payment is received.
  • International Money Orders: Sorry, I can not accept international money orders.
  • International Credit Cards: Sorry, I can not accept international credit card payments for completed knives.
